This event is all about female connection and liberation so I am always open to support women who may like to dance with their breasts exposed or massage their bare skin for example. That being said, the circles are not specifically centred around the body or nudity unlike some of my other work.

Although the main body of my work is female sexuality, their is nothing directly regarding sexuality in the practices in this series of circles, However sexuality is always present in the undercurrent of what i offer as ts such a major component in feminine expression and return to wholeness. Sometimes their may be self touch and self connection practices but here they are non sexual in nature. If sexuaity work is specifically what you are looking for please reach out to me. 

 Each women will have an opportunity to share with the group and it is vital that each women contributes her energy into the space in some way, whether she trembles or stutters or what she has to say is hard. However i am strong believer in consent and self honouring and if this would be preventative of you being in the space, you can take a moment for you to honour you in silence. You may feel more comfortable to share in the smaller groups.

We have a strict no-latecomers policy to ensure the circle is not interrupted Please make sure you get here on time!

Soul Bank is walking distance from everywhere in Central Manchester. You can reach us in 4 minutes from Salford Central, 10 minutes from Spinningfields and 15 minutes from St. Peter’s Square tram stop. There is also a car park behind the building.

Suitable participants & engagement
The group will be supported by myself leading and if needed experienced support staff, but participants are expected to take full responsibility for their own process.
Some of the practices may be challenging and designed to allow things to release and emerge. If you are psychologically unstable or are currently in any kind of severe crisis, or have a history of unmanageable mental illness, these circles will not be beneficial for you.
 

Everything is invitational at the circle. I honour your body's "yes" and "no" and time can be taken if needed but I expect all participants to engage where they can throughout.

The circle is open to all women and those who identify as such. I am happy to discuss with individuals whether these circles are right for you.

Terms of Booking and Payment
Deposits are non-refundable from the date of payment, this applies to all bookings.
In case you find you cannot attend after booking, please note that your payment is non-refundable.You can pass on your ticket to someone else though. 

Cancellation policy
Please let us know if you need to cancel or change the name of the ticket holder. We cannot offer refunds in which case.

We reserve the right to cancel a circle, in which case we will offer a full refund of all monies paid within 10 working days. My circles require a minimum number to have booked. If this minimum number is not reached we may cancel and refund the money to you.



Liability
We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
We are not responsible for the individual behaviour of any guest but uphold high standards of clients, conduct and safety whilst on retreat.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the circle if your behaviour is disruptive or abusive or you are under the influence.


Your Health
There will be some physical practices. Please ensure that you are of an adequate standard of physical fitness for walking, dancing and floor sitting.  Please clarify any physical disabilities prior to booking to ensure the space and the circle can accommodate you.

If you have a medical condition or additional needs that you feel I need to know about, it is vital that you inform me at the time of booking and if you are unsure as to whether the circle can accommodate your needs, please speak to me prior to booking. In the interests of your wellbeing and our insurance, we may decline your place.

Who I am:

I am a qualified teacher, I have a masters in counselling. I am an Imago relationship educator, a Love, Sex & Relationship Coach and experienced space holder. I have been teaching and holding space for over a decade. My circles are nervous system and consent informed and they are held with integrity and authenticity.
