Bow and Arrow is an intimacy and connection workshop for couples. It invites you and your partner on a three hour intimate, fun, loving and deeply connecting journey together.
You will leave feeling nourished, deeply connected to yourself and your partner, filled with pleasure, fun and vitality and most importantly, filled up on love itself.
Arrange a sitter, create a nest in your home, light some candles and incense and be guided into three hours of some of the best of heart based, playful and connecting couples practices.

This is a pre-recorded 3 hour online event for you to enjoy at a time best for you both. This means that you have it forever so that you can enjoy again and again and return to the practices whenever you feel called.
This workshop will not only bring you closer and be lots of fun being fully in each others' presence but it will add a host of tools and practices to add to your relationship tool belt of meaningful ways to connect, repair and deepen your intimacy together.
You will be guided from the comfort of your own space through delicious, playful and fun couples practices, all designed to create deep connection, intimacy and open you up to new and incredible experiences together.
These are the very same practices that have transformed and deepened the connection in my own relationship and the couples with whom I work.
The evening comprises of connection, communication, touch and intimacy practices. They can be intimate, healing OR sexual in nature but that is up to you and your lover in the moment.
The practices invite touch and there is the option for clothes on/clothes off connection with each other.
The workshop is suitable for couples new to tantra and/or intimacy practices.
This event is suitable for and welcomes couples of all sexualities and orientations.
About Kate:
I'm a Love, Sex & Relationship coach, female empowerer and sexuality coach. I'm the founder of Sister Circle Inner Temple. I am trained under Layla Martin and The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I also hold a MSC in Counselling Psychology and I am a trained teacher. I am a trained imago educator for couples. The roots of my sexuality training are in classical Tantra, neo-Tantra and Taoism. I work with couples to regain love, intimacy and connection and assist them in learning and being coached in Imago dialoguing.
