By registering for and participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

2.⁠ ⁠No Refunds
To honour the time, energy, and resources required to create this event, bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket or receive credit for a future offering. Booking your place confirms your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.

3.⁠ ⁠Consent for Photography
This gathering may include photography for documentation and future sharing. Clear boundaries and consent are always honoured. By booking your place, you confirm that you have read and agree to the photography policy and participation disclaimer.

4.⁠ ⁠Participant Responsibility & Safety
Participation in this event involves somatic exercises, breath work, guided practices, and other experiential work that can bring up intense physical, emotional, or psychological responses. By attending, you agree that:
• You are fully responsible for your own emotional, physical, and psychological responses.
• This event is not suitable for individuals with:
• Active substance misuse (alcohol or drugs)
• Severe mental health conditions, PTSD, or active trauma
• Physical health conditions requiring medical supervision or limited mobility
• Sexuality issues requiring specialized care (pelvic floor specialists, psychosexual therapists, or one-to-one support)
• If you have unresolved trauma or conditions that may be triggered, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified therapist or specialist prior to attending.
• Participation requires a moderate level of physical health and bodily awareness.

• The exercises and practices offered may bring up deep-seated emotional or physical experiences.
• While facilitators will provide guidance and support, participation is undertaken at your own risk.
