By registering for and participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

All event fees are non-refundable. By registering, you confirm your commitment to attend and participate.

3.⁠ ⁠Consent for Photography
The event may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event organizer in advance or at the event, and every effort will be made to respect your privacy.

4.⁠ ⁠Participant Responsibility & Safety
Participation in this event involves somatic exercises, breath work, guided practices, and other experiential work that can bring up intense physical, emotional, or psychological responses. By attending, you agree that:
• You are fully responsible for your own emotional, physical, and psychological responses.
• This event is not suitable for individuals with:
• Active substance misuse (alcohol or drugs)
• Severe mental health conditions, PTSD, or active trauma
• Physical health conditions requiring medical supervision or limited mobility
• Sexuality issues requiring specialized care (pelvic floor specialists, psychosexual therapists, or one-to-one support)
• If you have unresolved trauma or conditions that may be triggered, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified therapist or specialist prior to attending.
• Participation requires a moderate level of physical health and bodily awareness.

• The exercises and practices offered may bring up deep-seated emotional or physical experiences.
• While facilitators will provide guidance and support, participation is undertaken at your own risk.
• The organizers take no responsibility for injury, emotional distress, or any bodily responses that may occur during the event.
• By attending, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the work and the risks involved.

Participants agree to respect the safety, consent, and boundaries of all attendees and facilitators. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

To maintain a safe space, participants agree not to share personal stories, identities, or images of other attendees without explicit consent.
