This event is all about female liberation so some nudity or partial nudity will be at times encouraged, some women like to remove bras etc for the breast massage and self touch. There is absoloutley no expectation either way. It is good to note that the paint ceremony requires removing of some layers. If you are more comfortable you can take part in a dark swimming costume/bikini or underwear that you don't mind staining with paint.

This retreat is a journey to take and people who take part partially can affect group cohesion and dynamics. For this reason, this is not a dip in/ dip out retreat and we ask that there is full attendance at all practices. If there is a valid reason why you cannot or don’t wish to take part, we honour your self responsibility and knowing but we ask that where possible, you attend for the information part of the session and leave before the practice begins so that your journey through the retreat feels cohesive.

Touch practices with others are mainly non sexual in nature and where anything would be sexual it is only decided with clear boundaries between two women. Self practices involve more intimate touch. Some of the practices involve discreet self touch, massage and internal exploration with a glass dildo. These can be practiced energetically but one in particular is more effective with hands on release work.
You will need to purchase a glass wand for the retreat. Details will be shared on booking.

All food is nutrition-focused, veggie and locally sourced (some grown on the land) whilst there is the option to eat special cooked meat and wine in the desert. Manira is incredible at catering for most dietary needed but please message before booking to see whether your food needs can be catered for.

We estimate around 10-12 participants.

Yes, myself and the team offer extended work for those who need or want to continue the work or have additional support or coaching after the retreat. I also offer heavily discounted rates for further work for all retreat attendees which is gifted in your welcome pack.

Please read these agreements carefully. By signing up to the retreat you agree that in that you have to cancel your attendance under any circumstances (not included the retreat being cancelled by myself) that the following are agreed and set with no exceptions:

The cost of the retreat includes a non-refundable deposit of £222. This is retained under all circumstances.

If you cancel in advance of 5 months prior to the retreat, I offer a refund of 70 per cent of the retreat costs after deduction of the £222 deposit mentioned.

If you cancel in advance of 3 months prior to the retreat, I offer a refund of 50 per cent of the retreat costs after deduction of the £222 deposit mentioned.

If you cancel in advance of 2 months prior to the retreat, I do not offer any refunds.

If for any reason, I have to cancel the retreat, you will be offered a full refund.

Suitable participants & engagement
The group will be supported by myself leading and our experienced support staff, but participants are expected to take full responsibility for their own process.
Some of the practices may be challenging and designed to allow things to release and emerge. If you are psychologically unstable or are currently in any kind of severe crisis, or have a history of unmanageable mental illness, this retreat will not be beneficial for you.
Although there are plenty of breaks for introspection and rest, this is not a retreat where you can show up to only some of the sessions and you will be expected to be a participant. That being said, everything is invitational, we honour your body's "yes" and "no" and time can be taken if needed but we expect all participants to engage where they can throughout.

The retreat will be most beneficial to those women who have done some personal development, sexuality and spiritual work but we are happy to discuss with individuals whether this retreat is right for you and where you currently are. 

Terms of Booking and Payment
Deposits of £222 are non-refundable from the date of payment, this applies to all bookings.

We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a full refund of all monies paid within 10 working days. Our retreats require a minimum number to have booked. If this minimum number is not reached we may cancel and refund the money to you.


Liability
We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
We are not responsible for the individual behaviour of any guest but uphold high standards of clients, conduct and safety whilst on retreat.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the retreat if your behaviour is disruptive or abusive.

Travel Arrangements
All flight travel arrangements are your own responsibility and at your own cost. We will not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with. This is also the case for travel insurance which we highly recommend you take out before the retreat.

Your Health
There will be some physical practices. Please ensure that you are of an adequate standard of physical fitness for walking, dancing and time in nature. Please clarify any physical disabilities prior to booking to ensure the retreat can accommodate you.

If you have a medical condition, it is vital that you inform us at the time of booking and if you are unsure as to whether the retreat can accommodate your needs, please speak to us prior to booking. In the interests of your wellbeing and our insurance, we may decline your place on the retreat.

If an emergency arises we will do everything in our power to assist you but will not be held responsible for the outcome of any such emergency.

Although there will be support staff ready to talk and hold you in things that arise, this retreat is suitable for those who know that they can responsibly hold themselves with anything that may arise for them on the retreat. I sometimes invite a photographer/videographer with us on retreat to capture some of the magic at appropriate times. As a business reliant on trust and understanding through imagery & footage, I withhold the right to capture footage to help support women accessing my work. This can also serve as a powerful and essential integration process for you too. But your consent is important. Please let us know ahead of time should you not wish to be in photos. Your consent and privacy is valued and important to us. So is your feeling of being safe and honoured. We will specify when pictures are being taken specifically for social media so you will have the option to be in or out. Photos are never taken in intimate processes and any photographer we use is always a sister partaking in the journey with you who holds an understanding of the sacredness and delicate nature of this work. By booking on to the retreat you accept that you are happy with these arrangements.

This is a women’s retreat and is focused on the female-experience in all of its forms.
My aim is to be welcoming of non-binary femmes and women with different experiences of womanhood who feel a women’s space might be appropriate for them, however, not all of our exercises and language might feel appropriate for you as a gender diverse person. Please get in touch to discuss with me if you feel the call to join us but aren’t sure if this space is for you.
